Maybe I’m a lot like you… I’ve always felt drawn to the intuitive, Spiritual Side of Life. I Love the idea that Divine Love is a powerful healing instrument. But the thing that might surprise you is that I don’t recall having any intuitive awareness as a young child. Instead, I was taught to develop my intuition, and to use energy for healing, starting at the age of nine. Those lessons showed me that intuition and energy healing can be learned. I know that if I can learn to develop these spiritual skills, so can you! And since I Love to teach, I’m happy to help you as you deepen on your intuitive and healing path.
I’m always exploring the world of energy, seeking to develop richer ways of helping my clients. I’m here to share with you the healing and mystical talents that I’ve cultivated over a lifetime of practice.
My exploration has taken me deeply into the Arcturian Healing Method® (AHM). I Love working with the Arcturians, Loving Beings whom I think of as conductors of a beautiful orchestra of healing frequencies. As a certified AHM practitioner. I become an instrument through which the Arcturians conduct the frequencies. My clients are the recipients, free to bask in the symphony of Divine Energies flowing in service to thier well-being. It is my honor to offer this service to you.
Angels, Arcturians, Ascended Masters…working with Light Beings
I remember the day that I discovered that Angels are available to us in the present day, and not, as I had previously assumed, only in Biblical Times. Wow, did my world open up! I began to call upon Angels in my meditations, with simple invitations like, “If you’re real, and you are with me, can I meet you please?” At first I’d feel little tingles, something I hadn’t noticed before while meditating. Next, they began to come forward visually, then in speaking with me through the platform of thought in my own head. They began to show up in my energy healing sessions, and offered me more than Guidance. They showed me the Vastness of Divine Love that is here for each of us, and that the non-physical Realms host rich and varied forms of Life, many of whom are happy to help us on our Journeys.
I offer workshops, healing sessions, and individual guidance sessions to help you connect with, hear from, and align with these wonderful Friends of the Light Realms, and to bring through more of your own Angelic, Higher Self as you move through Life.

I can share a Lifetime of Lessons
The wonderful thing about learning as a child is that I was trusting enough not to doubt my ability to practice what I was shown. I didn’t doubt the Power of Light to heal, and so I saw that Power demonstrated time and again. I learned that we can all be effective intuitives and healing instruments; and that it’s much easier with a little guidance and a little Trust.
I also experienced a valuable contrast in living with and without a regular practice of using my spiritual abilities. A busy college & grad school career, followed by early parenting years, took over my time and attention. I put my healing and intuitive work aside for a number of years. But all that time, something was missing…
Stepping back into energy healing, and deepening my intuition, reminded me of how much support is available to us when we work at the level of our Spiritual Energy! Oy! When I think off all the years of struggle that I plowed through, thinking I was too busy, or too tired, to avail myself of the GIFTS that were there to help me through!!! All I can say about that is that I am much better off returning to a Spiritually Guided way of Living.
